The founder and principal solutions architect of OCIE LLC leads the firm’s mission of providing information technology consulting, software development, and IT modernization services to both government and enterprise clients. Through OCIE, the focus is on federal and state contracting opportunities under NAICS codes spanning custom computer programming, systems integration, cybersecurity, training, and web hosting services.
In addition to leading OCIE, the principal has served as a Senior Solutions Architect with active project experience across the U.S. Department of State, General Services Administration (GSA), and the Department of the Interior, delivering large-scale modernization, cloud migration, and enterprise IT initiatives. Previous roles include serving as a staff contributor and technical lead within consulting firms, guiding teams in Golang, Python, ServiceNow, Java, React, and modern DevOps practices.
The academic journey began with a strong focus on computer science and software engineering, building a foundation in programming, database management, and systems architecture. The career trajectory reflects steady progression from early roles in software development to senior-level solution design, emphasizing enterprise architecture, cloud computing, and IT security.
Continuous learning in emerging technologies has driven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), cybersecurity compliance standards, and enterprise development frameworks. Applied focus has centered on bridging government IT requirements with modern engineering practices, particularly in secure API development, data-driven applications, and IT systems optimization.
